In the Prodigal Son parable, the two sons had wrong ideas of who they were and who their father was. We can see who we are accurately, serve in the family of God the right way, and have right relationship with our Heavenly Father. We can also relate to our brothers and sisters in ways that honour them and our Father.

The Father's heart-cry towards mankind is "be reconciled to Me!". Jesus made the way for all mankind to be reconciled, and we are His ambassadors with His message, and the same heart-cry "be reconciled!"
